Hi guys! I’m Amy, and if you’re looking for a visit to the Maldives, you’ve come to the right place, because who better to ask about the Maldives than a Maldivian, right? 

I’m the founder of One Maldivian, – a travel website bringing you all the right information about the Maldives – working with a team of locals to help your stay in Raajje as enjoyable and comfortable for you. Most importantly, our goal is to let you in on all the insider tips and the right information, to allow you to plan your vacations exactly the way you want it.

So this being our first meeting, let me tell you guys a little bit about myself so that we continue to be better friends in the future. I was born and raised in Addu City of the Maldives, which is a tiny heart-shaped atoll at the very bottom of the atoll chains of the country, and have worked as a freelance photographer almost my entire life.

Although I’m currently based in Nürnberg, Germany, I’m in constant touch with the Maldives – my Raajje, and run One Maldivian as a way of seeing my home through the eyes of those who visit it, and share the same love for Raajje as I do.
